Professor Anne Fitzgerald speaks at the Creative Commons Asia Pacific Conference 2010
Professor Anne Fitzgerald (QUT) presented at the Creative Commons Asia Pacific Conference 2010 which was held in Seoul, Korea, 4 - 5 June 2010. The main goals of the conference was to provide an occasion for CC communities in Asia and the Pacific to gather together to share experiences and discuss common issues and potential projects. It also presented an opportunity for participants to build networks with individuals and organizations from various fields at both the international and local level, which would in turn facilitate collaboration within and across CC communities in the region.
Professor Fitzgerald presented on the topic CC and Government: How CC licences have enabled open access to public sector materials in Australia [ppt., 1.38MB] which was part of Session 2 entitled "What can governments and people do for innovation in web 2.0 era?"
